How do i set up home network on 3PCs 2 running windows7 basic and 1 on xp the main computer is running windows?

one more thing if i set up home network can i run macfee internet security on all 3 computers with just 1 subscription. also can you tell me wot microsoft security programs there are or any other free ones. many thanks.
