How to Make A movie ( Directors Only )?

Ok, I would like to make a movie. And it's alot hareder then just to pick up a video camera and film. You need actors props and the story base and many other things! I would like to say i am 12 years old and i am very creative and smart and talented and i always wanted to be a director when i grow up. So, why not strat now! I have a camera no green screen i have actors and props. I would like to mkae a 1 hour movie at least. On the subject of a horror movie. I now those are hard movies to make because alot of times there really cheasy but, I have actors who are willing to do this. I have the place and the props. But i need some background! If i have to buy a green screen i will! But i have a pretty big house and i can do this. I would like to make it into a CD also how would i do that? Anyways i have the plot on the movie i just need to know how to make the movie into a CD of the video camera and any suggestions on what the movie should be about, like I was thinking of a killer going on a killing spree and children envoled. 5 stars best answer, I need real answers detailed would be nice.
