Security Tool READ DESCRIPTION?

Yeah well I know, Security Tool is a freakin virus (D:) and yeah well I did slight research on it but the effect it had on MY computer is far worse than many websites suggested. It disables all my accesses to anywhere except files and Internet, but also changes my background. It says some things like (I'll say it in the way I understood) "HAHA F**KER I GOT YA!" so yeah I called Future Shop they told me I had to reconfigure my whole (C:) and I was wondering if all that were true, but especially a solution if it isn't.
