Is these computer specs any good for PC Gaming and rendering in HD?

spend an extra �30 and get the ATi Radeon HD 5770 instead of the GT240. Its DirextX 11 and way more powerful than the GT240. The rest is good but why not add a blu-ray player (unless you have and I missed it)?
