How close to the tv can I be to use the Playstation Move?

I have bad eyesight (diabetes!) so I was wondering how close I can be to the TV if I get a Playstation Move.Will placing the camera further behind the TV help? Or will I have to get glasses? I like sitting close to my TV.Thanks.
