Were can i get cheap seed potatos?

You can plant any potato from the grocery store, the reason people buy some seed potatoes are that they are usually more disease resistant. However they are only available in Spring in the Southern Hemisphere about the same time you would plant tomatoes. Hardware stores with a nursery, or general nurseries usually have them.
