Best Earbud Headphones?

I am looking into buying new headphones specially IN EAR earbuds i have apple ones right now that are about $75 and i trade them in every month or so for new ones because they die like every kind of headphone i have had in the past. well apple just changed their policy and i am looking for a different kind which kind is best i dont want any that are too expensive or too cheap its ok if they wrap around my ear i can get used to that easily i looked at beats by dr dre tour ones and the reviews were saying people cant hear the bass/ treble that is something i also look for i like good clean and clear audio any ideas?
