So what Does this Mean for the U.S If Theres another Gov't Shutdown?

Like Whats a Gov't Shutdown, I here it's when theres like no more social security, no more police, firefighters. like thats bad and crime is going to go up because there is no police to arrest people. Like, Should we be worried?
