Wireless internet connection....help please?

i have a belkin wirless router and have been connected to it for a few months,my friend came to mines yesterday with her laptop and connected to my wireless,since then my laptop wont connect and keeps saying security key mis-match but its the key av always used and its the key shes using to connect to it.can someone please help me of what to do
