Where can i get the company that offers the cheapest aut0 insurance?

I have been getting quotes online from a few places geico, esurance, and others and they are VERY expensive around 315-400 a month plus around 1000 dollars down. I have no accidents or tickets in the 3 years I have been driving. why is my insurance so expensive? PLEASE HELP.
