Toshiba Chicony Camera Assisant Software Isn't Working?

Recently, we updated my laptop to windows 7, and i had to re download many things, however my web cam will work on websites, and msn and things but I don't have the Toshiba camera assistant software to just use to take photo's and things, I've tried to find it too see if it is possible to download it again, but i can't.
