What are some really nice cell phones with at&t i could get?

i have never owned a cell phone before, and its time i get one. i want one with at&t service, so is their any good ones out their? i want one with a keyboard that slides out side ways and i want a phone that has a good camera, and is reccomended very much. and of course i want a cell phone that does not cost a lot of money. thanks! bye!
