My mother stole my sons social security card!!!?

hi im 17 and i have a 2 year old baby; I moved out of my moms house in to dcs custody and in the process of moving my mom had stolen my sons social security card without permission and claimed him on her taxes...what is going to happen to her and will i get my money from my son even tho she claimed me?
