I need help logging in to Facebook?

When I enter my email and password, it says that I need to enable cookies. I am using internet explorer, so I went into tools->internet options-> then changed my settings. I lowered my privacy content to allow all cookies, then I went into sites and told my computer to allow cookies all the time from www.facebook.com. Facebook still says that I need to allow cookies to sign in. I even added facebook to my trusted sites under the security option. Nothing has worked. I don't know what else to. Is there some little box im overlooking that will make this work? Thanks
