I737 turns on then back off again?

My camera has been working fine until a few moments ago. I plugged it into the computer to get the pictures off. I have a windows system. I then hit safely remove USB button in the bottom right of the computer. I unplugged my camera and turned it off. About 10 seconds later I turned it back on to see if I had taken the pictures off the camera and it wouldn't work. I know that the lenses isn't blocked because it opened and the screen is good to because it shows about half a second of the opening world picture.
